Our young Reds played some exciting football at home tonight.
This was truly a game of 2 halves. Aghaderg found it very difficult to get moving in the first half, playing against the breeze, and looked like being overrun. However, the 2nd half was the complete opposite, as our boys figured out their roles and came back strongly, to turn the game on its head. Aghaderg showed up with superb team play; scoring brilliantly and defending
fantastically, right to the end.
A special word to the U-9s involved tonight, who really stepped up and excelled. Thanks to Drumgath for the competitive match, and to everyone who came in support.
