Aghaderg U-8 Girls created history today, when they played their first ladies football match at this level.
Their opponents on the day were neighbours Annaclone and both teams played out 2 excellent matches in fantastic conditions. The games were expertly refereed by Gregory McGrath, who provides a great service for ladies football in the club, which is greatly appreciated.
The coaches are extremely proud of the efforts today and look forward to many more matches in the near future.
The large crowd was treated to an array of skills, coupled with great effort to ensure an enjoyable spectacle.
