Annaderg U-14's Win Local Derby 19/04/2010

Under 14 football match 19/4/10 local derby against Clann Na Banna
 
In a very entertaining match Annaderg picked up their first win of the season against their local rivals. In a close fought first half Annaderg went in leading by the smallest of margins  (1 point) having fought back from 5 points behind. 

Clann Na Banna levelled the score on their first attack in the second half. Annaderg gained the lead again with 2 quick points.
It was at this stage Annaderg fired home their advantage by putting a number of scores on the board before Clann Na Banna got a goal back.

Annaderg running out winners at the final whistle with a score of 6-13 to 4-5.
 
Annaderg can take great heart from this win, although having played well in some other matches have not got their reward.
This win was built on a team game with all players putting in outstanding performances, goals,defence midfield and forwards. Management found it hard to substitute any of the players so on to the next match against Longstone who will be hard to beat.
