Underage Coaches Needed!

10 April 2025

We are currently seeking coaches or volunteers to assist with our underage boys football team.
The team trains on Sunday mornings at 10am, and we would greatly appreciate any support you can offer.
This is a fantastic opportunity to give back to your club and make a positive impact on the children’s development in Gaelic games.

Please remember that our club is run entirely by volunteers who dedicate their time to ensure your children can grow and thrive through sport. Our current coaches are already stretched across multiple roles within the club, and it's crucial that everyone contributes to keep things running smoothly.

At Underage level, you don’t need to lead a session to help out.
Tasks like setting up drills, lifting cones, organizing the boys into teams, tying laces, helping them stay focused, or even offering comfort to a child who’s been injured are all valuable contributions. These simple tasks, alongside the lead coach, will make a big difference in ensuring the sessions run smoothly.

It’s also important to highlight that if we don’t meet the required number of coaches and volunteers to meet safeguarding standards, the session cannot proceed. We don’t want the boys to miss out on the fundamentals of Gaelic games, so we need your help to make sure these sessions can go ahead.

If you can assist, even in a small way, please get in touch with us.
Your support is vital!
