£4,000 for Air Ambulance Northern Ireland.
09 May 2025
We are incredibly proud of Year 8 student Shea Tucker (8KC) and his family, who have raised an outstanding £4,000 for Air Ambulance Northern Ireland.
The funds were raised through generous donations and the auction of a heifer — a wonderful community effort supported by South Armagh Farming Enterprises, Mackin Feeds, Joseph Walls Ltd, Corriure Dairy Farm, and Newry Veterinary Clinic.
This cause is close to Shea’s heart, after his grandfather, Kieran, was seriously injured in a quad bike accident on the family farm in September 2024. Thanks to the swift response and expert care provided by the Helicopter Emergency Medical Services, Kieran received critical treatment at the scene.
We commend Shea and the Strain family for their generosity, resilience, and commitment to giving back. What a remarkable example of compassion and community spirit — well done, Shea!
