U8/10 Hurling Blitz

Ballyvarley was proud to host this month’s Regional Hurling Go Games Blitz, welcoming over 100 young hurlers from Clonduff, Liatroim, Castlewellan, St.Pauls, Ballela, and Warrenpoint. It was a fantastic morning of hurling, as talented players showcased their skills on the pitch.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to all the hurling and camogie volunteers who made the event such a success. From pitch setup and clean-up, to car parking, traffic control, tuck shop duties, refereeing, and ball retrieval – your efforts did not go unnoticed. We simply could not run events like this without your help.
A special word of thanks to Brian Sands, who generously allowed us to use his yard as an overflow car park. With such a busy morning, this support was invaluable.
Thanks again to everyone involved – we will see you all next year.
