Annual Club Dinner Dance

Good evening.
As I type this note with regard to the forthcoming annual Dinner Dance, I first must express my delight and absolute pride in our esteemed player, Niamh McGrath. Awarded Player of the Year for the Bridie McMenamin Ulster Championship at today's Ulster Camogie awards, Niamh has been recognised for her outstanding performance in the competition. We can also reflect on her tremendous contribution to the Snr Aghaderg Camogie team in reaching and winning the Down Senior Camogie final.
As mentioned, our Annual Dinner & Awards evening is nearly upon us and this year we have moved venue closer to home with the stunning Belmont Hotel hosting us on Friday 27th February. Last year we had a wonderful evening full of fun, and I am delighted once again to be part of this event that brings together our committee, senior players and general membership. This year, I am especially appealing to all parents and guardians of our younger players. Why not come along and mix with the committee and players to get to know who's who, and perhaps even be inspired to get involved in a club that is in the hunt for further success. Our gym plans are well progressed, our pitches have had recent investment, and plans to improve club facilities are underway. So why not be a part of the journey and come along, a warm welcome is guaranteed.
