Text Teammate (85258) is a free, 24/7 confidential mental health text service for sports clubs, players, coaches and supporters to access immediate support, particularly for anxiety, stress, and loneliness.
Operated by TAMHI (Tackling Awareness of Mental Health Issues), it allows users to connect with trained volunteers to discuss mental health issues privately.
