Down & Ballyvarley Both Win At Pairc Esler

Ballyvarley U12s lined out at Pairc Esler to take part in the halftime mini games during the Down v Meath Christy Ring game against Warrenpoint. Despite the game time being only 10 minutes it was an end to end competitive hurling between the Ballyvarley & Warrenpoint with both teams giving it everything.
Conor Brolly in goals was well protected by an effective back line of Sean Stewart, James McKey & Ryan Donnelly. The midfield proved to be a very competitive area with Callum McConville, Paddy McGrath & Niall Huzarz coming out on top. Niall Lennon, Niall Brolly & Matthew Malone applied alot of pressure up front allowing Ballyvarley to run out winners. Callum McConville scored 2 very good points.
