Leading Provincial Females programme.

Congratulations to our very own Sinead McGrath, who successfully completed the Leading Provincial Females programme.
This is designed for females aged 18+ interested in developing personally and also leading teams potentially through their role in Gaelic Games. The LGFA, Camogie Association & GAA, joined forces on the programme, supported by Sport Ireland Women in Sport fund, and ran from October 2023 to July 2024, one course for each province.
Having completed the Female Coach Academy with the Ulster Council last year; Sinead was one of only 6 coaches from Down accepted onto the Ulster course, of nearly 50 applicants.
Sinead attended two days of workshops and multiple webinars, examining leadership skills and completed modules from themes across the four strands of coaching, officiating, administration and PR/Media.
