Ulster Hurling Roadshow, Dunloy 26th February

Saturday 26th February in Dunloys 'Centre of Excellence'.
Eamon O Shea (Tipp senior hurling trainer) along with team captain Eoin Kelly will be delivering an innovative session based on getting players to take chances and use their own initiative, a session well worth seeing.
There will also be a nutrition Hydration talk with a difference. You will need to be there on the day just to see how different.
Ronan McWilliams (Ulster council coach) will be delivering a session showing how to bring intensity into trainig through use of games. These games are also designed to make the player make decisions as opposed to being spoon fed by coach the whole time.
Along with other very useful sessions for Ulsters Hurling coaches.
There are limited places so if you are intending to go can you please make sure you get your place booked ASAP....
